To use Fogbridge you will need to install and configure a Fogbugz plugin and a Salesforce package. After installation of both the plug-in and package, both will need to be configured so Fogbugz and Salesforce can be synchronized.

Getting the Fogbridge for Fogbugz plug-in

The FogBridge plug-in is sent to you via e-mail with your serial number.
If you need a serial number please vist http://www.softwareallies.com/index.php/fogbridge-try-now
If you have not received your serial number, please contact fogbridge@softwareallies.com
Currently, The FogBridge plug-in does not support fogbugz on demand.

 

Getting the Fogbridge for Salesforce Package

Currently, The FogBridge plug-in does not support Salesforce Professional Edition.
The Fogbridge for Salesforce package will be provided by Software Allies at the same time we send you our FogBridge plugin.
Once you receive the Salesforce package link, just paste it in your browser enter your organization's credentials (if you are not logged in) to start the package installation.
