Currently, The FogBridge plug-in does not support Salesforce Professional Edition.
The Fogbridge for Salesforce package can will be downloaded provided by clicking the following link: https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04tE00000001JUH, enter Software Allies at the same time we send you our FogBridge plugin.
Once you receive the Salesforce package link, just paste it in your browser enter your organization's credentials (if you are not logged in) to start the package installation.
